A non-governmental organization “Zemlya Tavrii” (NGO “Land of Tavria” ) is a non-profit founded in 2014, and works in the field of agriculture and rural development.
Since the day it was founded, NGO “Land of Tavria” has established links with various agricultural value chain players, educational institutions, local government, implemented international technical assistance projects.
NGO “Land of Tavria” is a professional team of consultants. We support agricultural value chain development via individual consulting, we organize training events off-line and on-line such as webinars, conferences, round tables, seminars, field days.
As of 2021 we work with over 4000 horticultural producers and beekeepers in Kherson region, and over eighteen thousand participants have visited our events since 2017. We have a reach portfolio of success stories in value chain development and implementation of enviromentally friendly technologies.
NGO“Land of Tavria” has become and implementing partner of Ukrainian Horticulture Business Development Project in 2017. Our goal is to help increase the profits of small and medium-sized producers through the improvement of agricultural technology, business models and value-added sales channels. We have established business relationships and shown positive results in cooperation with SMEs, small-holder farmers, traders, service providers, local government, and others. We base our work on gender equality princples, equity and we promote climate-smart solutions.
